Flowers in Kuwait offers flowers, bouquets, cakes, chocolates, balloons, gifts, and related delivery services in Kuwait.

Product photos are for reference only. Flowers, colors, packaging, cake designs, decorations, and gift items may vary slightly depending on season, availability, and supplier stock.

3. Orders

Customers must provide complete and accurate order details, including customer information, recipient details, delivery address, contact number, delivery date, and any special instructions.

Flowers in Kuwait is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or incorrect deliveries caused by wrong or incomplete information provided by the customer.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance by Flowers in Kuwait.

4. Availability and Substitutions

All products are subject to availability. If a flower, color, packaging, cake, chocolate, balloon, or gift item is unavailable, we may replace it with a similar item of equal or higher value.

We will always try to maintain the overall style, quality, and value of the selected product.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time, but the price shown at the time of order will apply to confirmed orders.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include KNET, Visa, Mastercard, or other approved payment options. Orders may not be processed until payment is successfully confirmed.

6. Delivery

We deliver within Kuwait, subject to area coverage, product availability, and delivery schedule.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, public holidays, high-demand seasons, incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control.

Same-day delivery may be available for selected products and areas, subject to order cut-off time and availability.

7. Failed Delivery

A delivery may fail if the recipient is unavailable, refuses the order, cannot be contacted, or if the address or phone number provided is incorrect.

In such cases, redelivery may be arranged at our discretion and may require an additional delivery charge. For fresh, perishable, or customized products, refunds may not be available if delivery fails due to customer or recipient-related reasons.

8. Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible by contacting us.

Orders may not be cancelled once preparation, customization, dispatch, or delivery has started. Fresh flowers, cakes, personalized gifts, and customized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed or prepared.

9. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of our products, fresh flowers, cakes, food items, customized gifts, and personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos or videos. Approved refunds will usually be processed through the original payment method.

10. Customer Messages and Personalization

Customers are responsible for checking all names, spellings, messages, dates, and personalization details before placing an order.

Flowers in Kuwait may refuse any message or content that is offensive, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate.

11. Website Content

We try to keep website information accurate, but errors may occur in product descriptions, prices, images, availability, or delivery details.

Flowers in Kuwait reserves the right to correct errors, update information, cancel affected orders, or contact customers for clarification where needed.

12. Promotions

Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes may be subject to separate terms, selected products, minimum order values, or limited validity periods.

Discounts cannot usually be applied after an order has been placed.
