At Flowers in Kuwait, we deliver flowers, cakes, chocolates, balloons, and gifts across Kuwait, subject to product availability, delivery area, and order confirmation.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver within Kuwait. Some remote, restricted, or special locations may require additional information or may not be available for delivery at all times.

2. Delivery Information

Customers must provide complete and correct delivery details, including recipient name, phone number, full address, area, block, street, building, floor, apartment or office number, delivery date, and any special instructions.

Flowers in Kuwait is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unclear information.

3. Delivery Time

We do our best to deliver on the selected date and within the preferred time range. However, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by traffic, weather, public holidays, high-demand seasons, product availability, recipient availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for selected products and areas.

Same-day delivery depends on order cut-off time, payment confirmation, product availability, delivery schedule, and correct delivery details. We may decline or reschedule same-day delivery if it cannot be completed on time.

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

Charges may vary depending on delivery area, urgent delivery requests, remote locations, or special handling requirements.

6. Recipient Availability

Customers should ensure that the recipient is available at the delivery address.

Our delivery team may contact the customer or recipient to confirm location or availability. If the recipient is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses the order, the delivery may be considered attempted or completed depending on the situation.

7. Failed Delivery and Redelivery

Delivery may fail if the address is incorrect, the phone number is wrong, the recipient is unavailable, access is restricted, or the order is refused.

Redelivery may be arranged at our discretion and may require an additional delivery charge.

For fresh flowers, cakes, chocolates, customized gifts, and other perishable items, refunds may not be available if delivery fails due to customer or recipient-related reasons.

8. Offices, Hospitals, Hotels, and Public Locations

For deliveries to offices, hospitals, hotels, schools, malls, government buildings, or event venues, customers must provide complete location details.

If direct delivery to the recipient is not possible, the order may be handed to reception, security, concierge, nurse station, or another authorized person. Once handed over, the delivery will be considered completed.

9. Product Care After Delivery

Fresh flowers, cakes, chocolates, and delicate gifts must be handled and stored properly after delivery.

Flowers in Kuwait is not responsible for wilting, melting, spoilage, or damage caused by heat, mishandling, late collection, or incorrect storage after delivery.

10. Pickup or Collection

If pickup from our shop is available, customers must collect the order at the agreed date and time.
