Cancellation Policy
At Flowers in Kuwait, cancellation requests are reviewed based on the order status, product type, preparation stage, customization, and delivery status.
1. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Phone number used for the order
- Delivery date
- Reason for cancellation
A cancellation is not confirmed until it has been reviewed and approved by Flowers in Kuwait.
2. When Cancellation May Be Accepted
Cancellation may be accepted if:
- The request is made shortly after placing the order
- Payment has not been completed
- Preparation has not started
- Customization or personalization has not started
- The order has not been dispatched
- Delivery has not been attempted
If approved, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.
3. When Cancellation May Not Be Accepted
Cancellation may not be accepted once:
- Flowers have been arranged
- Cakes or food items have been prepared or ordered
- Balloons have been inflated
- Gift boxes or hampers have been assembled
- Customized or personalized work has started
- Special items have been sourced
- The order has been dispatched, attempted, or delivered
Fresh flowers, cakes, chocolates, customized gifts, and personalized items are time-sensitive and may not be cancellable once confirmed or prepared.
4. Same-Day and Peak Season Orders
Same-day orders are processed quickly, so cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order.
During busy seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Eid, Ramadan, National Day, Christmas, New Year, and graduation periods, cancellations may be limited once orders are confirmed or scheduled.
5. Cancellation by Flowers in Kuwait
Flowers in Kuwait may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, payment is not confirmed, delivery details are incorrect, the location is outside our service area, the customer or recipient cannot be contacted, or the order appears suspicious or inappropriate.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange a refund, store credit, substitution, or another suitable solution.
6. Refunds for Approved Cancellations
Approved refunds will usually be processed through the original payment method.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or payment method used.
7. Failed Delivery Is Not Cancellation
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, wrong phone number, recipient unavailability, recipient refusal, restricted access, or unclear instructions, the order will not be treated as cancelled.
Refunds may not be available in these cases, especially for fresh, perishable, customized, or prepared products.
